During Interpack 2026, ABI introduced the latest generation of ABIflexx Delta Robots, equipped with the newly developed DDAL 230/85 Direct Drive Motor. This innovative drive solution combines exceptional performance, maximum precision, and a maintenance-free design in one compact system.

Thanks to the direct coupling of the motor to the robot axis, gearboxes are completely eliminated. This removes backlash, wear, and mechanical losses from the drive system. The result is a delta robot that operates faster, more accurately, more quietly, and more energy efficiently than traditional solutions.
