Stainless steel planetary gear PRS40, -60, -80, -120, -160

The PRS planetary gearbox is made of stainless steel 304 parts, in accordance with EHEDG. These planetary drives are ideally suited in situations where high precision and/or dynamics are required. The protection class is IP69k, which means that it is high-pressure spray-resistant according to DIN-40050. The maximum water pressure is 100 bar, with a maximum temperature of 80˚C. This ensures effortless high-pressure cleaning. The surface is smooth and the edges are rounded, making the gearbox ideal for applications within environments that must comply with HACCP regulations, as well as situations with special hygiene and cleaning requirements or extremely humid environments. The 1-, 2-, or 3-stage version allows gear ratios from 3:1 to 512:1. In combination with a 2-, 4-, 6-, or even 8-pole ABI MRS motor, a large speed range can be covered. The maximum torque to be transmitted varies per transmission ratio up to 260Nm. A robust drive is created by mounting the motor directly to the gear unit. Due to the flexible shaft coupling mounting system, we ensure easy mounting and perfect alignment.
