Should a defect appear in a product supplied by Electro ABI, the product can be returned to the repairs department. Please provide a accompanying letter with a detailed complaint description. The repairs department address is mentioned below.

In case of a production standstill replacement equipment is needed as soon as possible. Should such an emergency arise, please contact our service department and clearly indicate the urgency of the situation.
