Graphical and printing industry

ABI has been an active player in the graphical and printing industry for years. Based on this experience a modular printing machine has been designed in cooperation with an OEM manufacturer. The entire electrical part (servo motor, controller including software, switch box) has been developed by ABI and is now successfully supplied in series.

Engineering criteria:

• running accuracy
• compact dimensions

The choice was made to use a Schneider Electric motion controller system. This servo amplifier / motion controller integrated into one offers an enormous range of functionalities, combined with the powerful CoDeSys programming system.
